ABOUT US

Based in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, Golden Years Behavioral Health Group was started in 2020 in response to the growing need for behavioral health services. The addition of behavioral health services to Golden Years Home Health Care gave us the ability to provide services for those struggling with overall wellness due to substance use, mental health, and/or behavioral difficulties individually and simultaneously to regain or establish stability and wellbeing for these individuals and their families.

When everything around us changes, our lives do not stop. We may be experiencing a traumatic event, struggling with anxiety and anxious thoughts/feelings, depression, insecurity, negative thoughts and/or substance use and still have responsibilities that may seem difficult to manage. Without needed services and supports in place to help manage, explore, heal and cope with experiences and feelings, those who are struggling are left to manage on their own.
